Uzbeks are one of the oldest Turkish tribes.
In addition to being the founding element in many states in the Turkish geography, they also interacted with different cultures in different periods.
They have a rich historical background and cultural diversity, and they have managed to keep these ancestral cultures/traditions, customs and traditions alive until today.
As it is known, since the primitive societies, customs and traditions have been an important element in terms of socialization, coexistence and healthy living rules.
One of the most common traditions of the Uzbek Turks is that they have made “UZBEK GRASS“, a product of their own flora, a part of their lives.
“UZBEK GRASS” is burned regularly on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings in the home and workplace of every Uzbek family – especially in the winter months when diseases increase- They are believed to bring “abundance” and “health” and to destroy microbes in the environment.
When UZBEK GRASS is burned;
-
- It creates a special atmosphere in the environment with its natural scent…
- It calms the mind with the scent and energy it emits and helps to focus…
- It provides richer breathing by relaxing the respiratory tract…
- Increases concentration…
In addition, although not yet scientifically confirmed, It is believed to be good for many health problems with different applications.
P.S.: Although “UZBEK GRASS” is similar to the “UZERLIK Grass” grown in southern Turkey, it is a very different and special herb with the miraculous effects it spreads to the environment, due to its chemical properties caused by the endemic conditions of Uzbekistan.
